Are there any contracts?
No. We believe our service is so great that you will love it from the start. All our services are monthly with a cancellation due any time before the following billing period. We also offer discounts on annual payments. We believe in building a long term relationship with you.
Do you backup my dedicated server?
Backups are not included by default however, we do provide a full suite of Cloud Backup addon services that can easily be installed on your server.
What can I do with these dedicated servers?

What is meant by Unmetered Traffic?
We do not limit the amount of traffic to and from your Dedicated Servers. You could use 1GB or 10TB - but if we suspect abuse, we may be in touch or limit your port speed. Play fair!
Can I upgrade or change server specifications?
The above dedicated server specifications are the only available options. Some of our options may include the ability to add additional drives and RAM. Check during the order for available options.
How long does it take to activate my account?
The moment you place your order and settle any outstanding invoices, your service is activated. Depending on your OS selection, the installation will start immediately. Watch via IPMI + iKVM or just hang in there for a ping response :)
What payment methods do you accept?
Invoices are generated the moment you place your order and are pro-rata. You are only billed from the day that you activate your account. We accept Wire Transfer (EFT) and all major Credit Cards.

We also support Internal Networking over a private VLAN. All servers include a /29 subnet (that's 5 usable IPv4 IPs). We peer directly with NAPAfrica Cape Town and Johannesburg.
